Pemi Youth Center Half Marathon!  See below for details!

In this fast-paced, ever changing world, many children are in families where both parents must work, where there may be only a single parent, or where the support and the companionship they need may be limited or missing. As a result, it is not uncommon for young people to become bored or feel separated from their community.

The Pemi Youth Center began as a vision to address this: to provide a safe and caring place to go after school, on weekends, and during school vacations; to provide programming which will enable them to develop their abilities, talents and interests; and to make them feel that they are a valued member of their community.

We Believe
Our youth can contribute to their community through the development of their diverse skills, talents, and capabilities.

Our Mission
Our Mission is to provide a safe and welcoming environment where our youth may gather outside of school and gain a sense of community, belonging and self-esteem.

We are dedicated to engaging our youth through:

  • Adult and Peer Mentoring
  • Creative Arts Initiatives
  • Social and Recreational Interaction
  • Opportunities for Community Service

The Pemi Youth Center closes with the Plymouth School District in the event of inclement weather conditions.
